Title: Mexican Army Hotsauce

9 Jalapeno peppers, diced
1 Large onion, diced
1 Large clove garlic, minced
2tbBacon grease
1tbSalt
2cn16-oz tomatoes, sliced & qtr

: This recipe was a favorite of Pancho Villa. Thus the name Mexican Army Hot Sauce. It is so hot it can actually be used as paint stripper.

: In a large skillet with bacon grease, saute peppers, onion and garlic until golden not but brown. Add salt. Add quartered tomatoes and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to stand 1 hour. Serve either warm or cold with chips. Sauce can be used as an accompaniment to Mexican food. A little bit goes a long way!
